Thank you just peachy in a way I’m glad my af hasn’t come as if it comes on or after the 8th we can start ivf sooner. I am only planning two children at the moment but with a high risk of hyper stimulating the nurses are guessing triplets but I’d be happy either way. I just remember when I was little and my mum would work we had to stay at my nans twice a week which was fine and something my mums friends would come look after us till she finished work or she would pick us up and we would go in the computer room at her work. As much as I understand now and love her I would much prefer the time with her and it does make me a little jealous of my little brother as she is now a stay at home mum.

Happy birthday to Sadie too.

Enjoy yourself Angela you deserve to have some fun.

Hi Ladies,
Sorry I have been away for some time. It’s been a long journey for my partner and I.
We had our appt in June with a fertility specialist and recommended I undergo surgery and he thought I might have endometriosis. Last week was my surgery, I had a laparoscopy, d&c, hysteroscopy and my tubes flushed. I really didn’t enjoying the days after for recovery..
Anyways I had my follow up with him on Wednesday and all was good. I only have a few spots of endometriosis but he said that’s nothing to worry about. His now asked me to keep trying and to bloods to find out exactly when I ovulate so I know when to have sex.
Fingers crossed that this method works and I get my Bub!
I hope all of you doing well.
I’m currently on CD7.

Settled girl, any updates? I agree with Angela pregnancy symptoms can be symptoms of other things too.
I am also feeling very nauseous at the moment but I think I have an infection. Have a lot of mucus in my throat that won’t move and still having headaches and exhausted but just trying to wait it out. Still no Af and only 4 days till the clinic

Hey girls,
Yes TTC is a very emotional journey. I have found it very hard especially when we hit the one year mark as our friends started ttc about a month after us and by we hit the year their little boy was 2 months old. The conceived within 2 days of stoop contraceptives. We’re now 3 years in and it’s still emotional but I feel we deal with it a lot better now. Just try not to obsess as that’s what I did and completely pushed my partner out. We now just try to have fun. Hopefully we get good news on Wednesday as still no AF and no bfp so hoping if I’m baseline they will allow us to start our ivf journey

Settledgirl what your feeling is completely normal all our bodies are different my auntie and uncle tried for 13 years got a dog and then fell pregnant and then fell pregnant again within a month of giving birth.
Missdyan we are doing as unexplained infertility. I have pcos with over 30 cysts across the two overies but my count is 116 so they have said my pcos would not be the reason.
I was born through ivf and infertility is a big issue in my family so I have always put it down to that but never giving up as my cousin got told she couldn’t conceive now has two little girls.

Also wanted to ask opinions. I am on cd 50 I did think I ovulated but did t test or do temps as it was meant to be a month to relax. I have done 5 pregnancy test 2 of which were duds and 3 negatives. I am feeling unwell at the moment which could contribute and I am going to get checked as some of my symptoms are similar to when I got really ill a few years ago but scared as it will obviously push treatment back. But I dno maybe I could be pregnant. I am feeling really sickly and exhausted. Like I had a two hour nap today and I’m still tired only awake due to a really good film the mother in law was watching. I am also feeling a lot of mucus in my head and throat which is what makes me think I could be ill again ( pneumonia) I also have a slight cough and dry sore throats. Anyone experienced this? Also to add with my first pregnancy (angel baby) I didn’t get a positive test till 10 and half weeks.

Ria, it’s best to go to doctors and check what’s wrong. And don’t be scared if treatment gets pushed back - your health is the main priority!
