actually could we talk about swimming on your period? I’ve never used a tampon hence never been near a swimming pool when on my period but sometimes I worry in case I come on while in the water ... I don’t really know what to do. I think I should start using tamping because I also do horse riding and pads are quite restrictive plus i worry that I might leak through; the problem is that I’m really scared about using a tampon!! Any advice?
