Weight Loss Journey: Need Help !

Hi everyone ! My name is Niah and I need some help. I'm going on a weight loss journey after years of being overweight. I feel like it's time to make a serious life change because I'm tired of being unhappy with myself. Being overweight has caused me to become depressed as of recently and I've never felt this way before. I'm ready to begin this journey so I'm getting a gym membership but I just don't know how to start or what to do. Is there anyone who can give me some advice on how to begin ? I also need some suggestions on how to eat during this time. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much ❤️

Hey! I recommend going on a diet plan (Such as weight watchers, Adkins, Medi-fast) Watch carbs/sugars and take a 30 minute walk everyday if you can. My mom uses medi-fast which gives you their food to eat. It's pretty expensive so if you want to be on the cheaper route then look up diet plans that will help you. Good luck!
