Hello all ,

I’m having my first IUI next week. Can any share their success stories? I’m trying to stay off of google.

I personally didn’t have it but my friend did. They managed to get pregnant with a third attempt!

Hey I had ivf so not the same but similar. I took preconception tablets as did my partner we had been on them 2 years before we started ivf. I also ate healthy so I was getting lots of natural vitamins. Once treatment started I took things easy had time off work and ate what I wanted as I just wanted to be conformable. Hope this helps.

I think the first attempt wasn’t medicated, the second wasn’t enough medicated and the third one had the just right dose of medication? I might be wrong though. Their third attempt was in january last year so they both did dry january and didn’t drink. Because we are in uk a medical system is free they had 3 iui cycles for free so that was their last chance to have it for free. Just don’t put all pressure of hoping it will work first time round.
