Can someone help me find some tasty alternatives to milkshakes?
« on: February 22, 2019, 04:52:26 AM »
In three weeks, I'll be having oral surgery from a dental clinic which provides general dentistry services in Edmonton. I might end up spending a full month on a liquid diet. I hate having to live off of dairy products; it will make me sick.
Can someone help me find some tasty alternatives to milkshakes?
My surgeon and dietitian suggested the following:
Pureed fruit or juice, milk/pudding thinned with milk, milkshakes, ice cream. There are more options, but they're all variations on the milkshake. But, too much milkshake makes me sick. I'm not lactose intolerant.
Please give some suggestions.

I’m not sure where you would be able to get them, but Bolthouse Farms products are tasty and would work for you! :)  This is a list of their products that should be available near you. If you can‘t find it locally, maybe you could order it off Amazon? If that‘s an option for you?

I hope your surgery goes well and your recovery is thorough and speedy! :)
Signiture too small!
