Hi girls I've started searching for a fitness hula hoop so I can loose stomach weight and hopefully thigh and bum and improve my figure. Has anyone ever tried this type of workout? If so how quickly did u see results and what are the best techniques? x

Hey pm me I know a good way to lose stomach weight, and I think it helps with your whole figure too! :)

I hula hoop for 15 minutes a day with your arms above your head and sometimes sort of angled

Ive been trying to lose that weight but haven't yet. Sorry I haven't tried it but I will now.
