In your opinion, what time of day is the best to have sex? For me, I love the early morning.

Pregnancy / Weird dreams
« on: December 13, 2013, 08:04:19 pm »
Did anyone ever experience weird or super vivid dreams before finding out you were pregnant? I have weird dreams occasionally but for like the last two weeks I have had very strange and very vivid dreams that are even unusual for me. If I am pregnant again I still not far enough long to determine if I am but I just wanted to get feedback. Thanks!

TTC / Re: Endometrium

Aside from having difficulties conceiving, do you experience any issues during your period? I was diagnosed with endometriosis and 11 years ago and there are so many symptoms you can experience during your period.

My husband and I conceived fairly easy. Sadly, I have miscarried, but the conceiving part didn't seem to be too difficult.

If you do have endometriosis there are a few things your doc can help to clear it up. There is birth control, surgery, and another medicine that basically puts your body into menopause for six months while everything clears up.

Health / Re: IS THIS NORMAL?

Odor can be normal during your period. If the smell seems to be originating from the vaginal area I would recommend buying the scented pads and/or tampons. They really do a good job at coverings up the odor.

Parents know more than you wod think. I am sure she asks because she is probably 99% sure that ya are and she probably just wants you to be honest and open with her.

Pregnancy / So sad
« on: November 07, 2013, 01:09:26 am »
Yesterday I went in for a routine ultrasound. They couldn't find the heartbeat and my HCG levels are not rising. So the doctor told me this means miscarriage. This has been the worst week of my life! I know things will get better but life sucks right now!

The doctor put me on a very large dose of Augmentin (Penicillin based drug) and it did work! Haven't had an infection since.

Definitely sounds like your lymph nodes. If you are experiencing pain you may want to go to the doc. When I was younger, I had a lymph node infection and ended up being on a very intense round of antibiotics.

Well I am pregnant now but back in May I had similar symptoms but I didn't believe I was pregnant so I went to the doc and it actually turned out being my gall bladder. It was rotten so it was causing all sorts of fun symptoms.

Pregnancy / Re: Beyond Frustrated!

My spotting is mostly light brown but a couple if times this week there has been fresh blood. That seems to come after a (TMI warning) bowel movement that is a little uncomfortable but the blood is originating from my vagina.

Pregnancy / Beyond Frustrated!
« on: November 01, 2013, 03:58:53 am »
So I know I have been posting a lot lately but I really need to vent again. I am 6.5 weeks pregnant and I keep spotting. It started this week and it isn't stopping! I talk to the doctor's office almost daily and I keep telling them I am spotting but they don't seem to be listening! I ask them what is normal and what isn't and they can't seem to tell me which is where I get the most aggravated. They want me to come in for another ultrasound next week but honestly until this spotting clears up or SOMEONE in the medical professional can tell me what is normal and what is not I almost wish I could have an ultrasound daily just to know things are OK.

It is so frustrating not knowing what is going on inside when I keep experiencing spotting. Again I know I am a paranoid first time pregnant lady but I just need peace and no one can seem to deliver that to me!

OK. I am done. Thank you for listening.

Pregnancy / Re: Sick and diarrehea during early preganacy anyone??

I have had mild "cramps" and this week nausea and vomiting hit. I also have had a little indigestion. Yes, stay hydrated but also watch what you eat. Some foods can make your indigestion worse.

Pregnancy / Low-ish HcG levels at 6.5 weeks
« on: October 31, 2013, 04:16:10 am »
Is there anyone out there who had a successful pregnancy who had low and/or slow rising HCG levels? I am 6.5 weeks and had my HCG levels checked and they are 3056. They were in the 1300 range last week. So they are higher but not doubling. I had an ultrasound yesterday and we could see the baby and the heartbeat. We couldn't hear it though. I have been spotting a light brown to light pink off and on all week so you can understand why I am a little concerned. I also have hypothyroidism and I am not an "ideal" weight either. This is my first pregnancy so I want to make sure everything is okay. Any advice would be helpful.

Pregnancy / Re: June 2014 babies!
« on: October 29, 2013, 12:34:12 pm »
I too am due in June. This is my first pregnancy. I have had some emotional days. Sunday and yesterday I was spotting so I was freaking out but after talking to the doc the bleeding was from a sore I have in my vaginal wall - so unrelated and by about afternoon yesterday the spotting had stopped.

I have my first prenatal exam this morning and second ultrasound. Last week's ultrasound showed a little black spot - baby was too small to see so I am hoping baby is bigger today. If anything my body is letting me know something is up.
